If you live in the city, it’s not a problem! You can start small with something as simple as taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or if you take the bus or train going to and from work, you can alight a few stops earlier from your usual stop and walk. These things are good exercise for your lower body already!

If you’re uncomfortable with getting seen while you work out, or if you just simply want to save some money instead of paying for a gym membership, then working out at the comfort of your home is your best shot!
